Wide Bay Burnett

Tracey commenced working in aged care over 16 years ago, being a very compassionate and caring person she fell in love with the industry instantly. She has worked for both private and not for profit organisations working with a range of government funded services including Home Care Packages, CHSP, NDIS, Transitional Care, and Fee for service. She has over 10 years experience in case management which led her into leadership where she led large teams in supporting clients in the community ensuring their expectations and needs were met. Whilst she enjoyed her leadership roles her true passion lies working directly with clients to provide person centred care, building long lasting relationships with clients and their families. Taking the time to listen and working in partnership to truly understand what is important to the individual. She respects and values the importance of communication and empowers clients to have a voice and be heard, ensuring they receive the care they deserve. When not at work Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and always enjoys anytime spent by the water.
